Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
If you don’t have fresh parsley on hand, dried parsley works just as well. For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes. And if you’re a cheese lover like me, feel free to experiment with different cheeses such as cheddar or pepper jack for a unique twist.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece slightly with your hands.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough piece. Fold the edges over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each dough ball into the butter mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese for an extra cheesy finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving, but enjoy them while they’re still warm for the best experience.
These Cheesy Garlic Butter Bombs are a joy to make and even more delightful to eat. As you work through the steps, remember to follow your senses — just as my abuela taught me — and adjust the flavors to your liking.
