Feel free to substitute the mozzarella with cheddar or a blend of cheeses for a different flavor profile. If cilantro isn’t your thing, consider using fresh basil or parsley instead.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture evenly over the flatbreads to add a flavorful base.
  3. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges to create a crust.
