Learn how to make delicious BBQ Crab-Stuffed Biscuit Nacho Bombs. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Feel free to substitute the cheddar cheese with Monterey Jack for a milder flavor, or add diced jalapeños if you’re in the mood for some extra spice!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well-blended.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the center of each biscuit round.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal and form a ball.
  6. Place each sealed biscuit, seam side down, on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with additional barbecue sauce and sprinkle with more parsley before serving.

These nacho bombs are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven with a side of your favorite dipping sauce. They’re perfect for sharing, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself wanting to keep them all to yourself!
