Learn how to make delicious Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round circle.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit round. Fold the edges over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Roll each cheese-filled dough ball in the butter mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Place the cheese bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each bomb.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
