- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round circle.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit round. Fold the edges over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Roll each cheese-filled dough ball in the butter mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the cheese bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each bomb.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
