1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt

Place about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough circle.
Fold the edges of the dough up and over the cheese, pinching to seal and forming a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. The smell will remind you of those precious kitchen moments with family!
Once out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
