12 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
