12 ounces of fettuccine or pasta of choice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained and chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
