Learn how to make delicious Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  2. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any bits from the bottom of the skillet. Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  5. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. While the sauce simmers, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, omitting the seasoning packet. Drain and set aside.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet. Toss in the cooked ramen noodles, ensuring they’re well coated with the sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.
