Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cans (4 ounces each) diced green chiles, drained
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses with the drained green chiles.
