- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook until just opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove seafood and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in white wine and let it reduce by half. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
