12 ounces of spaghetti
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 can (10 ounces) of diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Start by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, seasoning them with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside. In the same skillet, add the diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Add the can of diced tomatoes with green chilies to the skillet, stirring well to combine with the vegetables.
