  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

Channel your inner chef and follow these steps to create a dessert that will surely become a family favorite.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of your prepared dish to create a crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup of the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, corn syrup, eggs, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Stir in the chopped pecans.
