  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Feel free to customize your quesadillas with your favorite pizza toppings. If you prefer a vegetarian option, simply omit the pepperoni and add more veggies!

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce evenly over it.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by 1/4 cup of sliced pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers.

  5. Place another tortilla on top and gently press down.

  9. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make additional quesadillas.
  10. Let the quesadillas cool for a minute before slicing into wedges. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
