8 ounces of rice noodles
1 pound of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 cup of broccoli florets
1/4 cup of hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions
Begin by cooking the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef, cooking until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and slightly translucent, about 2 minutes.
Add the red bell pepper and broccoli florets, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Return the beef to the skillet, along with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir well to combine, letting the mixture simmer for 2 minutes to meld the flavors.
Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce and heated through.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
