Learn how to make delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnabon Rolls | Delectable Meal. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Feel free to substitute the strawberries with other berries like raspberries or blueberries if you prefer a different fruit twist. For a dairy-free option, you can use almond milk and vegan butter.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy, showing the yeast is activated.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually stir in flour until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  4. While the dough rises, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  5. Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, followed by the diced strawberries. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the top.
  7. Carefully roll up the dough from the long side, sealing the edge with a bit of water.
  8. Cut the roll into 12 even pieces and place them in a greased baking dish. Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the rolls warm for the best flavor experience!
