Learn how to make delicious Triple-Cheese Shrimp Alfredo Biscuit Stackers. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the chilled butter and rub it into the flour using your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Pour in the milk gradually, stirring with a fork until a dough forms. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead gently for a minute.
  4. Roll the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut out biscuits using a round cutter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
  5. While the biscuits are baking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, then add Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted into a smooth sauce.
  7. Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the Alfredo sauce. Season with black pepper.
  8. To assemble, split the warm biscuits and layer with shrimp and Alfredo sauce. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for an added touch of freshness.
