- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cups cooked noodles (such as udon or spaghetti)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to coat the beef and vegetables evenly.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
