Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups cooked noodles (such as udon or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli and red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet. Add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to coat the beef and vegetables evenly.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
