Learn how to make delicious Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 package cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling

For a twist, you can substitute the apples with pears or even add a handful of chopped pecans for extra crunch. I love experimenting with different flavors, just like my abuela taught me, always encouraging creativity and resourcefulness in cooking.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Set the mixture aside.
  4. Open the package of cinnamon rolls and press them into the bottom of the prepared pan, forming the crust.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the diced apples with brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Spread the apple mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll crust.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apples, spreading it out to the edges of the pan.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake mixture. Use a knife to gently swirl it into the cream cheese layer for a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.

One of my favorite tips is to line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper for easier removal. This little trick was passed down from my mom, who always had a knack for making baking look effortless.
