- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle about 12×16 inches in size.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough.
- Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
- Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
