  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

Let’s get cooking! Follow these steps to create a dish that’s sure to become a family favorite.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Add the cooked chicken cubes and diced ham to the bowl, mixing them gently to ensure they’re well-coated with the creamy mixture.
  4. Spread half of this chicken and ham mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the Swiss and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining chicken mixture and cheeses.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the casserole for a crunchy finish.
  7. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling around the edges.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
