Total Time:45 minutes
Yield:4 servings
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Begin by heating the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot, then add the sautéed onion and garlic on top.
In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Before serving, taste and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and added flavor.
