Total Time:45 minutes
Yield:4 servings
Ingredients
2 pounds fresh salmon fillet, skin-on
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Fresh dill, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Pour the honey butter glaze evenly over the salmon, making sure it’s well coated. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The glaze should be bubbly and slightly caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh dill if desired before serving.
