  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Cut the croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
