- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

- In another bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the buttermilk to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
