Learn how to make delicious Garlic cheeseburger rollups. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Add minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Drain any excess fat from the skillet, then remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well-mixed.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Spoon a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Carefully roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops of the rollups with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley if using.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  9. Let the rollups cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, relishing the comforting blend of flavors.
