  • 1 cup orzo pasta

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
