Learn how to make delicious Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 batch homemade keto dough (recipe below)

Feel free to substitute the beef with chicken or mushrooms for a different twist. And if you’re like me, with a penchant for spice, a dash of chili flakes will do wonders!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and onion. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and slightly caramelized, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Roll out the homemade keto dough to form a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  6. Layer the cooked beef, bell pepper, and onion over the cheese mixture.
  7. Carefully roll up the dough, starting from the long side, into a tight log. Place the log seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Allow the roll to cool for a few minutes before slicing into rounds. Serve warm and enjoy!
