Learn how to make delicious No-Bake Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake Cups. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • Additional crushed Oreos for garnish (optional)

If you’re out of cream cheese, mascarpone can be a luxurious substitute. For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream.

Instructions

  1. Start by making the Oreo crust. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter. Mix until well combined, and then press the mixture into the bottom of your serving cups.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This reminds me of the times I spent with my abuela, watching her effortlessly create magic with the simplest of ingredients.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, taking care not to deflate the cream. This step is key to achieving that light, airy texture.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips either in a microwave or using a double boiler. Once melted, gently fold the chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
  6. Spoon the chocolate cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in each cup. Smooth the tops with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with additional crushed Oreos if desired. This little touch adds a bit of crunch and visual appeal.
