1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 tablespoon lime zest
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated and resemble wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottoms of a muffin tin lined with paper liners, about 2 tablespoons per liner. Place in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
