Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds of sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together to create the marinade.
  2. Add the steak cubes to the bowl, ensuring each piece is well-coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for a deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Thread the marinated steak cubes onto the skewers, alternating with pieces of red and yellow bell peppers and red onion wedges.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender.
