Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds of sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes (or metal skewers)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed steak to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you’re using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the steak, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
