1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. This helps remove the excess starch, ensuring that your rice is perfectly fluffy.
In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 18-20 minutes.
While the rice cooks, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until dissolved. Gently fold this mixture into the cooked rice. Let it cool completely.
Shape the cooled rice into small rectangular blocks, about 1 inch by 2 inches. These will be the crispy bases for your tuna topping.
